Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the magnum888 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and magnum888 ("Platform", "We"). Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the services provided. magnum888 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and will close the account of any user found to be underage.
This platform is intended exclusively for users in Malaysia. Access from other regions or jurisdictions is entirely at the user's own risk, and users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with their local laws.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on magnum888. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension and the freezing of any associated funds pending verification.
You are fully responsible for the security of your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised or not, is your responsibility. Contact our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
User responsibilities include:
- Do not share your login credentials with any other party
- Do not use the platform for any illegal activity or fraud
- Do not attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's systems
- Do not use bots, automated software, or any other method to manipulate games or bets
- Comply with all applicable Malaysian laws while using this platform
Payment & Transaction Information
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on magnum888 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion is the responsibility of the user and their financial institution.
The minimum deposit is RM 10 and the minimum withdrawal varies depending on the chosen payment method. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the user's own name. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts are not permitted.
Magnum888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals above certain amounts or when suspicious activity is detected. This verification process is a standard safeguard to protect your funds.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements set out separately for each offer. Users are responsible for reading the bonus terms before accepting any offer. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly without first meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
Magnum888 is not liable for transaction delays caused by third parties such as banks, payment processors, or technical disruptions beyond the platform's control.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
The magnum888 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Magnum888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of funds resulting from the user's own betting decisions.
Regarding our account suspension and closure policy, we reserve the right to take the following actions without prior notice under certain circumstances:
- Temporary suspension: Accounts may be suspended for investigation if suspicious activity is detected or a third-party complaint is received
- Permanent closure: Accounts may be closed if a user violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or uses the platform for illegal purposes
- Fund freeze: Funds in a suspended account will be frozen until the investigation is concluded; magnum888 reserves the right to withhold payment where there are indications of fraud
Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to recover any bonus funds that have not yet been withdrawn.

All content on the magnum888 platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, icons, and software — is the exclusive property of magnum888 or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
